"inPARK" makes its foray into Anhui

Yintai Group’s Yintai Commercial and Haiheng Group recently entered into a partnership on the Hefei Haiheng International Experiential Commercial District project. This also marks the introduction of the "inPARK" commercial brand to Hefei in Anhui Province.

Positioned as high-end commercial complexes that are landscape landmarks, the "inPARK" brand is committed to creating a new commercial park format of "urban block + shopping mall + micro-landscape" to offer consumers a new high-quality scene-based consumption experience.


The Haiheng International Experiential Commercial District project is located in the "Shuanghu Science and Technology Innovation Circle" of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national economic and technological development zone. It covers a total area of 64.5 acres and has a planned total construction area of 233,000 square meters. Located to the north of Jinxiu Avenue and east of Xiyou Road in the Development Zone, and adjacent to the picturesque Nanyan Lake, it enjoys significant geographical advantages.


For the project, Yintai Retails will combine the overall design strategy to elevate the urban interface from the design level and create a diverse commercial complex that integrates "sharing, interaction, ecology, and intelligence." Upon completion, the project will further improve Yintai Group's strategic layout in Hefei, boost regional consumption levels, and promote the high-quality development of urban commerce.
