A second Intime City will take shape in Hangzhou’s West Lake District. On April 28, Yintai Group, in collaboration with Hangzhou Xihu investment Group won the tender for two land parcels at Zhijiang Holiday Resort District.

The Holiday Resort District is a key district in the government’s River Cities Development Plan, which has specified that the District’s development priorities will comprise recreation and tourism, cultural creativity, the information economy, financial services, and other industries. Here, you’ll find excellent natural landscape resources (the first luxury villa cluster in Hangzhou), an agglomeration of human and cultural resources (home to China Academy of Arts, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and other tertiary institutions in performing arts), and booming new industries (home to Yunqi Town, which is dominated by industries in the cloud ecology). The only thing lacking is an influential complex.

The partnership between Yintai Group and Xihu investment Group will transform the two land parcels into a large integrated complex that will comprise a shopping center, high-quality office blocks, commercial streets and a large piazza, filling the void of large commercial complexes, and vitalize regional development, introducing higher quality life for the residents of the region.
