On September 13, at the Beijing Forum on China Building Economy, Yintai Foundation Group was awarded "Benchmark Operator of 2024 China Building Economy," Beijing Yintai Centre was named "Golden Landmark of 2024 China Building Economy," and Savills won the title of "Best Commercial Property Management Company of 2024 China Building Economy." The forum also witnessed the formal establishment of the Building Economics and Headquarters Economics Chapter of China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development (CAPID), with Yintai Foundation Group given the honour to serve as vice-chair of the chapter.
