On June 28, Yintai Group and the People's Government of Yuhang District, Hangzhou entered into an agreement on the partnership between Yintai Commercial Group and Yuhang Urban Development Investment Group to invest RMB7 billion to build Hangzhou's future new commercial center on the central axis of Hangzhou's new center. Liu Ying, member of the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Yuhang District Party Committee, and Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group, attended the signing ceremony.
